HOW TO ENABLE 2G/3G ON SURFLINE ALCATEL IN GH

Get your bin file from Here and extract it to a location you will remember.

Power your Mifi on.
Connect your Mifi to the computer via the USB Cable
Open the web UI dashboard in any browser 192.168.1.1 / 192.168.0.1
Login to the dashboard with the default details.
Go to settings > system > At the Reboot/Reset/Backup/Restore/Check for Update you should  see Choose File
Click on Choose File
Locate where you kept the file and upload it.
Click on the Restore button.
After all these, your default password to the dashboard will change. I will give that to you when you contact KobicityTF.
Done. your device is now good to go. It can support all Network with any strength worldwide.
